Constable Harmer of Bulli


harmerA NEW ARRIVAL: First-class Constable W. F. Harmer (pictured), after 6½ years’ service at Bulli, following on a lengthy period at Wollongong, having recently been appointed to the Thornleigh-Cheltenham district, is now in residence at the old police quarters, The Esplanade, Thornleigh.

The constable, who wears the military ribbon denoting active participation in the Boer War, is a man of fine physique, evidently a trained athlete and with every appearance of alertness, and resource.
