BULLI, Tuesday.
Mr. Murray Jones, a beach Inspector, reported to the Bulli Shire Council last night that a bather, who had been swimming in trunks at Austinmer, had refused to leave the beach or put on a regulation costume. He recommended that the council should prosecute. It was decided to demand an apology from the bather, who is a member of a well-known local family, failing which action would be taken.
